Did that the other year & we had friends with us so we booked 6 seats all next to each other. When we actually came to sit in the "booked" seats we were fobbed off & told "Oh that doesn't mean anything what it says on the tickets, you just sit were you like !" needless to say I was a little miffed & didn't really want to get into an argument with the person involved & so ruin what was meant to be a pleasant day at the match, but it did rankle as we then had to try to find 6 seats together elsewhere with a decent view of the pitch.
