im sure pakistan will take it off their hands,yet another country that dosnt need money giving to it amongst others such as china
isnt it good too see all the money saved at our expense through cuts been given away so freely around the world .Im sure the many put out of work by these cuts are happy to know that their loss of income is funding other countries
