Well, at the risk of inducing projectile vomiting, have you considered the following.
When everything is added up and subtracted and shoved in bottom drawers. For every
£1 that the government has managed to save as a result of the cost cutting, the Bank of England has given away
£32.50 to the banks in Quantitative Easing.
It is not just other countries that the loss of income is funding.
