I'm sure I put a link on last year from an Indian Newspaper saying that they find aid from us to be embarassing.
They didn't want it, it was bad for their long term economy.
I personally find that they had this Government begging that they, (India), take it to save their, our (Government's), face, absolutely intolerable.
