How terribly sad -all so very young.
Used to live in a little village on the River Po called Arena Po where a whole generation of children died in the 1950's with their teachers and the local priest at the annual picnic -they were all drowned when drawn into a whirlpool on the river...life is full of terrible incidents like this.
