Reading between the lines on the Shrimpers forum it sounds like we were hard done by. Devitt shoved in the back when lining up a second goal in the penalty area, a harsh red card for Liddle, the ref ignoring the liner for their goal, and several posters saying we played well. I almost wish I'd gone but me bones can't take those long coach journeys any more. No wonder Cooky got upset, a la J.C.!
