Ever been out the back when it's wheelie bin day?
A three person team comes around, one, (male), moves the bins to the side to give the wagon room to get through & do it's job, the other two, (not male), searching through the bins to check if anyone needs to be refused a refuse collection because of wrong items in the bin, (a severe warning is then posted for being naughty).
Not being sexist however perhaps an all male team could check the bins as they are moving them to one side or even just go back to the system of one man moving the bins?
I bet he doesn't get paid as much of a wage as the two snoopers.
