I thought our long ball game was very clever yesterday. Podge smartly made the most of Wimbledon's high back line on goal kicks and our wingers made a lot of the second balls. I'm sure that once Cook gets to build his side in the summer we will see more intricate tactics but for now we have to work with what we have.

Whilst i dislike the long ball,thats my conclusion, Disagree wi Tony about Barnett, Ok he was much better second half, I reckon that display will have helped his confidence, After all hes only a kid n experience will come. can remember Bobby Grant n others,who when just trying to get established, never looked that great, I can see a good future fer Barnett if he carries on learning n at some stage will make stanley a bob or two.
