I think this is a different type of sectioning, he would be the ideal candidate to be abducted by aliens anually probed cut up into little pieces, reformed and returned to Earth with a message about human rights and freedom of speech being a lost cause compared with what he's just been through!
Unfortunately, his message will be lost as the first group of people he tries to tell will be AccyWeb, this will be his downfall as their clique is made up of reptillian beings that do not bother to disguise themselves because no-one knows what they look like when communicating via the WWW.
