I hope you have a valid and proper method statement and risk assessment in place and that it has been completed by a competent person ? We don't want anyone from the HSE thinking we are going at this halfcocked and we have to think of lawsuits and the spectre of coperate manslaughter cases ending in imprisonment if proper paper work for putting yourself in harms way was not in place
