I've been at defcon 1 (Lancashire style) for a while now, thats attacking things with a pointy stick. Defcon 2 is putting a rubber end on it. Perhaps you are right that we peaked to soon, and less has a point, a unique problem requires unique classifications.
There is a lot I cant say at the moment as we have agents in the field, then they will be in the park, then they have to attend morris dancing practice.
