Only saw her once myself Jay -coming off the royal yacht, Brittania in Falmouth when i was on holiday there, I was 14 at the time!
I know all the children in my God-daughter's school in Rishton have made and sent Diamond jubilee cards to the Queen -wonder who'll be opening them all!
I expect they'll be going on the day to line the route...like you say it's something exciting for them, a one off!
