Back in late 60's early 70's there was a guy who looked a bit like Mick Jagger - and kind of stood out from the crowd, he hung around town centre wearing classic 60's clothing - his name was Herman, anyone remember who I am talking about? I never really knew him he was just one of those characters that stood out.
