The Chichester cathedral nest appears to have a smallish roof but the Nottingham Trent University one has no roof at all and there is only one chick left now after the bad weather of a couple of weeks ago when the brooding parent got absolutely drenched while sitting. Very sad but the remaining chick is doing well.
This falcon watching is quite addictive!

They should show a distance photo of the building and where the nest box is, to give us perspective. I've never been to the Nottingham one before - if it's not well protected why don't they move it, or put a roof on the box or something? Do you know how many chicks got lost this year through the weather?
