I am fine about injections and needles - no problem -I always breath out as they are doing it though -helps you to relax. Last lot of tests i had done -to check for allergies was last year -no problem but over the next 4 days my whole arm went black&blue -scary, went back to my doc he said they must have pierced a minor blood vessel!

Just thought, I don't like injections much at the dentist's but that's probably because I'm tensed up about what's going to happen next!
