Smudgie,probably one of the best posts i have read for a long time.
The facts are he is an Acci player,loves it there,and has not been approached or spoken to anyone.
In reality,if Acci want to sell him him to make some money thats fair enough as when all said and done its a business.
There is a lot of banter shared between players/managers,but thats what it is "banter".
Hes only 22 and played nearly 150 games for Acci,and was suprised they never extended his contract for another 12 months(its not as tho hes on a top wage!!).
You can read that in a number of ways,but as i say thats football.
I would love him to see out his contract as i like Cookys footballing ideas and think it would give another dimension to his game.
Anyway me and the wife have told him,if he left,were still watchin Acci !!!
