I've just websearched about firewalls and am wondering how they will get gypsum sheets through a loft access hatch that is less than 2' square.
The alternative to the sheets is blockwork
- my ceiling has already been damaged - looks like there is potential for more, even if the flimsy construction can cope with the weight.
Is there a third alternative way of installing a loft firewall that I didn't find whilst browsing?
