I can only assume that BT are not charging its customers enough money for their services to be able to pay for this work themselves.

I would prefer to see the government improving its own responsibilities like hospitals and the shocking state of our roads than giving it away to private companies.
Now that's the sort of reasoned argument, that few could argue with.

Unike the stupid assertation that everyone living in rural Britain is some wealthy toff.

Only wanting broadband so they can shop on-line, and get their hampers from Fortnum's much more quickly.
