... Lanc's council are not splashing out 32 million on kak shoveling labourers..it's the land owners who are being subsidised again.. and we are told time after time we can no longer afford such luxuries as decent homes for the old age and infirm.. can't afford home help.. the NHS must make massive cuts.. oh yes
