I'm not sure.
There have been times when I have asked people if they minded being in my pictures......there are times when people have apologised for getting into my pictures.
If someone objected then I would not snap, them or if I had already snapped them then I would delete that picture.
I think photo's are an important record of social history.
But that doesn't answer your question....sorry.
