What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
What would tempt you to watch Accrington Stanley?
I suppose the question is aimed more at people who don't attend Stanley matches at home?
For those who do attend regulary, what is the main motivation for doing so?
Just curious to know other peoples thoughts?

Did you see any advertisements for the offers flashy?

Re: What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
To just say 'prices' is a cop out.
The main reasons I keep going are 'out of habit' and 'for the social aspect'.

Re: What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
the main reason i returned from 62 is simple- accy had a league side again. also prefer the fact i can stand n watch the game, always hated seating. plus have met a few owd mates from way back so its also a social thing, this seasons prices compelled me to get me first season ticket. n i love the fact that though the standard obviously aint as high as premier, those lads would virtually die fer the shirt n its obvious 100% dedication.

Re: What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
1. My hometown club.
2. Hardworking, down-to-earth players (for the most part), instead of pampered prima donnas.
3. The craic in the Oak Lea and on the Clayton End.
4. My hometown club.
5. I can stand.
6. Stanley fans are the friendliest people in the world and they don't stand on ceremony...if you're a fellow fan, you're a mate.
7. Oh yes, did I mention?...it's my hometown club.

Re: What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
I go every July, does that count ?
I'm probably not one of those who the question is asked of, because most people may realise I have a more favourite team. . I do though like to see Stanley do well and have been to a couple of league games over the past few years.
Unfortunatley the last league game I went to was Wrexham last season and I said then it would take a vast improvement to get me back again.
Seems by all accounts the last couple of months has been an improvement and I might get to a night match next season to test the water again.
No offence meant but it's more grass roots football than the leagues higher up, but that slso which makes it more proper football for those of us who remember the pre-Sky sports days, and how football used to be. They even allowed the game to be played if the pitch was wet in those days

Re: What would tempt you to watch Stanley?
Stanley undefeated for all the away games I got to last season.
Home performances and results different story.
Suspect there is where much of the problem lies.
