sorry can't remember he did have family but i never really met them plus havent seen him for about 25 years.

George Osbaldeston Snr died some years ago. His widow (Joan) and daughter (Denise) live on Monk St, I think George Junior also died a few years ago, and Trevor used to be landlord of either the Welly at Church or the one next door.

iam sorry but there are more pubs in ossy than what it says on that list.
just a little question for you all, out of all the pubs in ossy (up to about 10 years ago there were 28 of them) only 2 did not have a gable end, but which 2?
can you name them? let us know

is there any plans to open the commercial again (church) had many a good night there used to drink with steve curry ( harry curry's brother). Some of you that live in church must remember harry curry he was some man .RIP.
