The part about the websites is just plain stupid.. theres is no way to know if you can trust a website.. especially when you have already read in the same document this..

So if the server is hijacked how could you know? even a trusted website like disney or soemhting could have been hijacked.. the whole thing makes no sense


As for the second part about not opening email attatchments unless you know who they are from... well well well.. talk about the bleeding obvious. that should be the rule wether theres security warning or not.. its somehting everyone should adhere to for ever! ie common sense!

Yes very good, but what about internet banking, nationwide, hsbc, egg, mbna. I cant use any of these on Firefox, and firefox keeps crashing since I had an update. Firefox is far from perfect and is still unsuitable to use as an only browser. Chat on this very forum won't work properly in firefox, all the room icons come up undefined or as a word :cry: :laugh:

your far better getting it to open unknown sites and unknown emails, using common sense of course, but installing the right click option to open in ie.
