Festive photos of Accrington, history in the making!

Tis that time of year again. Already some of the shops have got "into the spirit of things".

This butchers stall in Accrington Market is a credit to him. Must have taken him hours to prepare the stall. Nice one!

Slighty blurred for some reason, will take another next time in town

Geoffs stall always looks good at xmas he has won the prize for best decorated stall a time or two in the past . And his meat is top notch as well

Here is a clearer photo of the butchers market stall.

Hadnt realised I had taken a "blurry" photo until I had put it up on the site. Sorry. This was taken this morning.

heres a couple i took today ... but i do have a question ... where is the nativity scene that is usually outside the market hall ... its missing ...

ok i found the nativity hut .. outside the town hall ... why did they move it .. it looks bare outside the market hall now ...

by the way the pics are of church street, top of broadway, the nativity, and outside the market hall
