Hargreaves family of Broad Oak

I have a family pedigree chart, published in 1873, of this family. It starts in 1708 with the birth of John Hargreaves of Higham who married a girl from neighbouring Marton. They had a descendant called Thomas, who is described as 'of Oak Hill near Blackburn' I ame enquiring to see if there was such a house near Blackburn, as I think it is the mansion in Oak hill Park. he married Margaret Wilson from Baxenden - susrely she was a neighbour .

They had several children, including a Benjamin ( there are several with this name on the tree) about who nothing is shoen except the phrase 'ob enf' I am enquiring as to the meaning of this phrase. I think it may mean still birth of a child.
This family were in the top echelon of important Accringtonians. It would be good to find their descendants in the artea today.
