Wm Blythes

Hi, just found this. Bring back memories to anyone?

Atarah

I once worked in the Purchasing Office at Wm Blythes for 6 months, but regretted having left N.G.N. at Church (Part of Mastabar) so went back to "my routes".

I worked on the shop floor at NGN 1964/65 after completing an apprenticeship at English Electric. I left NGN in July, 1965 to join the Lancashire Constabulary and served for 27-years. Derek Salt was foreman and Bill ? chargehand. Worked alongside Roger Rhodes and did a stint with Vincent ? in development before I left. Good bunch of people all round.
