Sorry, Doug both are a bit off. And Get A grip is far closer with the answer for 24 than you are.

It could be a narrow gage Locomotive like the ones used by the military in the First World War, but if Gayle’s got another answer she’ll stick to it like a demented moggy with a ball of wool. :)

If so Puffing billy is the oldest surviving steam locomotive in the world, if my memory serves me right it served a coal mine in the North East.

(hopes he's right) :)

I agree with stanaccy, the original Puffing Billy built in 1814 by William Hedley at Wylam Colliery Northumberland.
