Card shop on Broadway is in administration, looks likely to close, Birthdays has closed and Clintons are relocating to that unit.

Even the poundshop was slashing to half prices to be on region of the 50p shop:rolleyes:

Its a buyers market & working in the retail industry is becoming a hard job these days.

Looks like they've turned full circle poundshops all started of as 50p shops in the early 80s, the first exponent of that was Ray Lyndon on his Market stalls, he had about 6 market sites all flogging 50p gear, not to mention Sunday Markets too

I can remember Ray and also Don 50p stall.... I think they will make a come back very very soon:

Could do with another Uncle Dick stall on the Market ( bring some flipping life into it )

Remember those wierd coloured rinses she used to put on her hair!! Great couple of Market Characters though, we are short of those now!
