Can't be checking every third or fourth word to understand you. A conversation would take forever.

Strange I've listened to the archers talking on the radio, sounds nothing like that.
Though I've never understood why they tell me I could have a problem with my lower two acres or why I would wish to give my sheep a dip (whatever a dip is).

Objection yer'oner! Semantics & pernicketyness! If some geezer is launching sticks with pointy bits on 'em at your arse from another bendy bit of stick with some string on, I'd class it as being Archeried at regardless the differences! ;)

How very strange, I've just had an email from someone claiming to be the producer of the archers warning that if I wish to keep my lower two acres fertile then, (and here I quote from the said missive)

don't take the pee out of the archers or I'll come up there and kick you in them with my lesbian walking boots
.

Well I don't know about you but I reckon an offer like that makes the licence fee worthwhile, I can hardly wait!

As for the rest, I did ask for Olympic Archers – therefore you have not read the question correctly and have gained zero points.
Looks like I have to keep the prize money….
(Such a shame)

We can't quarrel with that, or can we.
