Gran Torino

another great film i've watched recently

Never really liked Clint Eastwood till i watched this film (in this he reminds me so much of a man i used to know), its very funny in places but also very serious

Re: Gran Torino

I watched this on teh plane back from South Africa.

I thought it was very cleverly done and you could feel the pain portrayed.

I can equally take Clint in either early or late model forms, he's a good actor who becomes believeable as teh pert he is portraying

This was a tremendous film and very relevant to society as a whole rather than just in one American suburb.

My wife said that Clint Eastwood character was me. I can't decide whether this is a compliment or the biggest insult she's ever paid me!
