I watched Rita Sue and Bob Too late last night, for the umpteenth time.
Sill very funny, and also brimming over with pathos.
Anyone too young to remember life in Thatcher's Britain should watch it.

Saw the 1975 documentary Grey Gardens at the I.C.A. in London years ago, but watched it again on television last week. A wonderful film about Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis's socialite aunt and cousin living in squalour in a dilapidated mansion on America's east coast.

Straight afterwards saw the 2009 film of the same name, starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange as the two Edies. Truly remarkable performances, especially from Barrymore, and fascinating to fill in the details of these two women's lives that brought them to live in poverty, albeit in a mansion worth millions of dollars.

Léon (1994)

I`d hardly class it as an `OLD` Classic but none the less it is an excellent film jay, worth a watch
