I will make this easy for everyone. At the moment there is only one person doing the uploading to the shoutcast server ;)

I am trying to work on a way for people who don't know how to or don't have the music or don't want to have to do the uploading can create play lists that I can then upload to the server so in effect other people can choose the music. Might be a bit messy but I think it is do able. What do people think of the idea?

I can't do anything about that. You need to speak to Roy about it and he needs to come up with a way of assigning slots to people to try and keep it up 24/7

it really spoils what you are listening to you know :(

i have to click 'stop' then press 'play' again, but that doesnt even work sometimes, i have to close it down then start again, its most annoying when your listening to something good

Neil 14-07-2008 15:20

Re: AccyWeb Radio

If it starts again when you do that I think it must be a server issue or something at your end. I had it a couple of times and when I checked the upload was ok so I suspect it might be a problem with the server.

I had just added a thread showing how to setup Winamp to try and stop your buffer underruns which is causing the music to stop and start for some people.

Here is the thread

Will those people having the stop/start problem please post which link they are clicking to listen as in

http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i.../im_winamp.gifWinamp
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i...sc/im_real.gifReal
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i...c/im_winmp.gifMedia
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i...misc/im_qt.gifQuicktime

This will help sort out what the problem is.

The stopping and starting is an issue with your end. I posted some tips for setting up winamp.

Yes I know several people are having a problem but it is still a client issue, the server was reporting no errors.
