Can't remember very well but click on petz-adoption centre or look out for "create a pet" somewhere..

Now you have some Ackers, go to Item shops, Vets and buy some medicine. Get Pats health up a bit and I will play with him to give hime some pleasure. You need to keep feeding him as well.

Buy some health from the vet.
You can also get some food from the Spar, plus other items from the kennels and deathpets inc. Just check out all the shops. I would get a bank account though - you get 7% daily interest, and it soon adds up!
