Can anyone recommend a driving range?

Somewhere locally for my hubby to get rid of a bit of extra energy (!) by whacking some golf balls a few hundred metres?

Thanks for that guys (and thanks for the misquote Slinky - it made me giggle!)
The Rishton one sounds good - does anyone have an address for it or some directions from Baxenden? I thought I might try and 'buy' him some driving range time for Christmas or else it migt be one of those things he says he'll do and never gets around to...

Go to whitebirk roundabout and take turning for rishton. When you get to traffic lights at lotus garage turn left. follow road round 2 right bends and driving range is about 50 metres on your left. If you get to Harwoods pub you have gone too far. ENJOY :D

Thanks for that! I have just found a phone number for them, called them and arranged to buy some vouchers for hubby so he will HAVE to use them up!

I knew about the one at Queen's Park but glad there is one a bit closer to home.

Thanks for the help everyone!
