No one wishes to have to make a claim, but find that Insurers are only as good as how they deal with a claim.

My son was with Direct Line when he was 18 and had the misfortune to write off his car ... they worked quickly and was paid out within 3 weeks. So quick in fact, had to track down the car at a garage in Blackburn to rescue some camping equipment he had in the back.

Find reasonable rates, not saying the best, but all queries, renewals, etc., are dealt with promptly .. I'm sticking to them.
