on the money entwisi....cats kinda work from odour when out and about and the stronger the scent the bigger the cat if you will..hence the lion poo and I know it does work as I know someone who used to work in a zoo and told me that folk did ask for it..but if you dont live near a zoo there is something that you can get ..its called 'lion roar' its a mix of lion poo & citrus' and this stuff does work...it costs about £6 a tub but its worth it...and for the record, pepper is no good cos when it rains its gone - that and its crap, jeyes fluid ..useless when it rains also..and not made to deter cats...having worked in garden centres previously I have to say that lion roar is better than all the stuff on the shelves as it always used to sell out first and many folk came back for it....and that includes those sonic devices...I have taken the time to find a link on it for you..let us all know how you get on....

Notice how chav hasnt made a comment! Thought he knew exactly how to get rid of cats.

Me how i get rid of cats - let next doors cat in - he prowls round my garden like he owns it and the rest of the cats dont come in. Theres about 10 cats that live in the houses that back onto mine so it does work - the nearest that they come to my grass is on top of the 6ft high fence. Even then if they see me in the kitchen or i open the back door they jump off and do a runner in someone elses garden. Mind you back in August i did have my sisters dog for a week who loves chasing cats!

Us having cats didn't put one local moggie off when he was besotted with our Bracken. He used to sit on the wondowsill and gaze at her.

:flamethro My sis had a problem with this- they filled old large pop bottles with water and put them round the garden. The theory is they don't like being watched when they go and the can see their reflection. It worked for her but it didn't work on my kitten when we tried to stop him weeing on the back doormat!

Well yesterday my pure white cat must have made an impression on some woman who wears purple lipstick, he came back in through the cat flap smothered in purple lippy and looking very smug for himself !

So, as folk know I'm not a fan of the nasty smelly little turds that errent cat owners allow little pussykins to leave in my garden.

But can you please explain how I would feel better by spreading nasty smelly big turds from a zoo's big pussykins, the fact is that like so many others We just don't want turds in our gardens.

It could work though, if I ordered a couple of tons of the stuff and had it delivered while the cat was in my garden!
