ecveryone i know in that network gets poor reception and constanly have phonecalls terminated due to bad signal strength

they have what seem very good offers regarding free mins and texts but they are no good to you if you cant use them

my brother has been with o2 for 5 years and no problems and i have been an o2 pay as you go custemer for teh same time and no problems

agree 3 are CRAP,the sooner my contract ends the better.

With that dirty great metal tree practically in your back garden Ian you should get perfect reception on Orange! :D

Busman was on Orange before he moved up north but when he came to live round the corner here he couldn't get any reception - tried others but ended up on O2 like me.

There was an article on theregister today that Orange and Vodaphone are looking at sharing their 3G masts so it should improve reception for both customers.

Any chance of them teaming up with O2 so we can get reception up here?

Thanks, thought so, but like a prat that he is at times, as soon as he turned 18 he got one on contract and wouldn't take any advice from anyone. They must have seen him coming.

Re: Phone Contracts

tmob will charge discretionary fee for cancelling early if they feel like it... then you say, in that case on my next bill can i pay my line rental for remaining months on it, they'll bill it.

so it seems like u mite aswell speak to tmob see what they saying

they can reduce the money etc but just depends on what u get when u speak to them

it mite end up costing u more than if u just carried on using it as normal

Thanks mani, it might make him think next time he wants to put something on contract. But somehow i doubt it.

I took out a contract phone with 3 network last friday, no problems as yet. Got a brand new Sony Ericsson with case, plus a 1gb memory card as a goodwill gesture, 500 anytime minutes to landline and all mobiles for £15 a month. Great deal.

www.e2save.com

Free phones. Real Deal, a branch of Carphone Warehouse. My mum has just finished her 12 month contract and got all her cash back fine, same with my dad. I've recently signed up for one myself and my mum has started a new contract with them.

(If anyone does decide to get a phone from there please send us a PM first, can get £20 for a refferal :D )
