It's East Anglia where the problem lies, Norfolk and Suffolk. A lot of the area is at sea level and a tide of just a few feet could cause tremendous damage.

Its not meant to hit until 4:30am according to what i've read. I think the BBC might be blocking international viewers for the videos for some reason. (I'm accessing over a french proxy so can't see them :<)
