Did you eventually get animal crossing? we have it on the game cube. I think i would class it more of a girlie game. Its set in a village of animals and you go round day after day doing jobs such as picking up carpets from one animal and taking it to another animals house and in return you receive a gift for your own house. You can sell your gifts in the village shop and earn nicer furniture or save up and buy a bigger house.

Its basically the same thing day after day apart from holiday times such as christmas and halloween when theres a santa and special gifts or a ghost floating round the village. Its set in real time too, think thats what you call it, so everyday on the game is the same day in our own lives, unless you cheat and change the date :p It gets quite boring after a while but my daughter seems to enjoy it.

There's the place under the arches on Blackburn Road.
Went there a lot as a kid for exchanging games.
