I've slept since then Kate ! I just wanted to know when the whole thing was thought up and rubber stamped, I know when I bought my house on Holland Street I asked the solicitors about a rumour I had heard regarding the area and compulsory purchases and was told it wouldn't affect Holland Street even if it ever happened. The survey and land registry search didn't show anything up either so I bought it ! Just wondering if I should have been told; the couple I bought it off were in a big hurry to move, maybe I should have questioned why !

Yeh, understand what you saying Lindsay.

For a short while after the birth of my son, worked on a Saturdays for an estate agent .. they asked me to be on site on a small estate behind Express Gifts (Church Site). I was selling like crazy (well, they were lovely properties) and then lo and behold, Express built that 'blot on the landscape' in front of it. Saw a letter in the Observer complaining about this, as nobody had informed them, felt responsible in some way. Sh1t deal, eh ? Fealt used.
