Never do Mc D's, I like proper food and plenty of it, so if you see a 20 stone porker round the streets of Accy, it'll be me, so give me a wave.:)

Mc Donalds is a waist of space.
I have never known the new place get an order right yet.
There is always something missing.

Ask for a Doner Kebab (in Afgan)- that'll confuse 'em even more.

You have to be hopeless and rude with no concept of customer service to be considered for a job there! :flasher8:

Unfortunately, every once in a while my cravings get the better of me and I go to McD's! I do understand what everyone means about the service but to be quite honest most of the staff are very young & don't have much experience so I would rather give them the benefit of the doubt. On the other hand though - I have been in the new place a couple of times when the so called older & wiser manager acts (in my opinion - & as a customer my opinion counts) very rudely to the other staff members for no reason. I wouldn't want to work there for all the gold in china - never mind the minimum wage!

The simple answer to all your problems is - bitch, whinge, moan and refuse to pay for the service. You will eventually get the food for free. If still no joy, ask for the telephone number for the regional office in Manchester. As for the manager, its a pity that Warren from Blackburn Road wasn't asked to continue at the new store. He would have shaped things.
