My sister once had this. It scared her witless!! They usual put it down to sleep apnea!! You wake up before the part of your brain that tells you to move wakes up.

Odd that it coincided with his partner getting the blessing done. :confused:

I do think there is something to it, not sure what, I have heard noises before when I lived at Christchurch St and I ran out of the house in a hurry ! (others living there had seen things too)
But "Most Pointless" just gets me mad, I have never seen anyone less suited to ghost hunting than Yvette Fielding, she jumps and screams at her own shadow.

if ya know ya at a spooky place your are bound to be jumpy, i would be. Its the thought of it!
but if you didnt know then i reckon you wouldnt even flinch:rolleyes:
