We do our own now and then but personally think its best eaten that day, goes hard very quick, M&S when we buy from the shop.
We have a Morphy Richards bread maker but can't remember the model No.

Brioche uses less flour than a normal white loaf recipe, and doesn't go hard for the next day, but needs to be cool if you want to get an even slice.

Whats the recipe? I might try it.
It needs to be rock hard and marked out with lines for the Mrs to cut any bread straight :D

(use the tablespoon/teaspoon measure supplied with the machine)
5 tablespoons of tepid water
1 level tablespoon sugar
2oz butter
2 medium eggs whisked
8oz strong white flour
big pinch of salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoons dried yeast
use setting for a 1,1/2lb loaf and white loaf prog 1
