Re: Police Search

how long as he been missing?

Theres no mention of a decomposed body so I assume its 'fresh',:(

Even if it is Mr Street in would not be recognisable if it has been in knee deep water since mid December.
The chemical content of the water can also affect decomposition rates. There is a chemical lab on one side of the street where the access manhole was entered.

I wouldn't have thought it will be much longer before he can be identified.

I would imagine that he is not fit to be identified visually by his family so the police are probably going to identify him with dna/blood tests/dental records.

I would think the police will be sympathetic with family members of this man and use other forms of identification to save the family from more trauma.
whoever it is may he rest in peace and the suspects apprehended and brought to justice
