anyone know of anything that actually works?

milk and bread doesnt help, gaviscon doesnt last long and its getting really bad now and stopping me from sleeping :(

no matter what i eat ive still got it

and yeah i know having a baby will probably get rid of it, before anyone (probably Neil) says that :p

Milk and bread ... think that will make it worse: bicarbe or just soda water is good:

I used to always have indigestion. When I changed my eating habits and cut out all the KFC, curry, chinese (all the good stuff!!!) I never seem to have it anymore. Its amazing and I used to be really bad, rennie, gaviscon, etc etc

Re: indigestion

i used to suffer from heartburn regularly and this is what i used to do (works every time)

take 3/4 cup lemonade put it in the microwave for 30 seconds add 2-3 teaspoons bicarb
(slowly as it will froth up) mix well and down in one
acts in a few seconds, lasts for hours and its perfectly safe
(you will belch like a trooper though)
