It's where you can sit in an enjoy a bottle of something cheeky.

They might have a few tables and chairs on the pavement outside.

There you'll be able to enjoy the cheeky banter of the local kids.

May not be a bad idea in the current climate. Wines from all over the world can be obtained at reasonable price wholesale and without the interference of the greed ridden brewery charges and demands, hopefully this will be a winner.............choose the wine carefully.

Good luck to them,but how many times have i heard 'wine bar' instead of pub? In todays financial climate,where most wine drinkers (mainly women)are downing thier chablis in the home (cheaper,no un-social smoking problems),i can't see it lasting too long after the novelty has worn off.Hope i'm proved wrong though.
