Which is a problem for the police one would think, or do they turn a blind eye because of who is doing the illegal parking one has to wonder:rolleyes:

I have emailed the pictures of the illegally parked cars to the police - if anyone has any more pictures please can they contact me and I will make sure the police receive a copy of the pictures.

Unless you are hiring your local Police from St. Dunstans I would have thought the problem (illegal/obstructive parking) that people are complaining about should be obvious to anyone on foot/car patrol along the road in question.

Think you may possibly get more results sending them to the new company at LCC responsible for this Claytonender i.e. Lancashire Parking Services. As you will be aware, they have just taken over from Parkwise, and will be keen to show how they can outdo their predecessors. They are responsible for these offences anyway, not the police.

Lancashire Parking Services - Welcome

That is one hell of a response from a serving representative.
Facts and knowledge are the corner stone of local representation and if that is lacking the whole system goes tit's up.
