22nd February, Florence Ballard, founding member of The Supremes died.

23rd February, he painted matchstick men, and matchstick cats 'n' dogs, L.S. Lowry passed away.

1976, the year crud music died, and as well as Flashy, punk was born.

Coincidence?

I think not.

Lord Stanley also presented the Stanley Cup which is the F.A. cup to hockey here in Canada. I believe he was the Earl Of Preston and the British ambassador to Canada in 1893.

It's true that more people are born each day than die so quite a few us must not be gifted with 'inherited' souls (if it's on a one to one basis). However more people have lived & died than are still alive so there should be billions of disembodied souls floating around that never found a new host.
