Quite right Marli. Are you suggesting in the future I may have Keats and Davis on an equal footing?

Exactly, Marli! This is what I keep trying to tell these philistines. Hugh Davies...an unrecognised poetic genius!

May not be a poetic genius but certainly unrecognised. I came across Hugh Davies poems on Write Out Loud - an on line hub for poets. I found them funny and humorous, full of wit and wisdom with rich rhyming and flow.

Alfred Lord Tennyson, Percy Bysshe Shelley, John Milton, William Wordsworth...and now let us add another name to the pantheon of great English poets. Step forward and take your place, Hugh Davies!

Uncalled for. I enjoy reading Hugh Davies poems and very much impressed. They are great to read - a combination of intellect and humour.

If this is sarcasm, it doesn't work all that well. If it isn't sarcasm, it should be.

Are you suggesting that Hugh Davies has to die before he is apprecitated:confused:

No it isn't; it's a reasonable interpretation of what you said.

How profound. Totally irrelevant as we can all read Hugh Davies 'poetry' and reach our own conclusions but still very profound.
And your point?

You mean to say that Marli is two-dimensional:confused:

Has Hugh any literary gems published this week? They are usually when he has an advert in the same paper (coincidentally)
