Acorn Lodge, Accrington
What's happened to the elderly person's home, ACORN LODGE? Its all shuttered up with an auction board on the side of the building? It says it's being sold on behalf of Lancashire County Council, a freehold 35 bed roomed care home. Where have all the people gone? When did all this happen?

proabaly gonna end up been a home for crappy kids that wernt brought up right
theres more money in careing for young dirt bags than careing for the elderly these days quite a lot of nursing homes are been shut down and turned into homes for kids |

Anybody know what happened to the people who lived there? Someone I spoke to this week mentioned somebody having moved to Woodlands in Clayton.
